Hello SAP Gurus,

Here is what I am trying to do:

In a report, I use worksheet generation to display worksheets by costcenter. This works fine but here is the problem. Lets say I expand for all costcenters under IT, and there are 9 members under it. It will create worksheets for all 9 costcenter member, even for the ones that have no data. Is there a way to essentially surpress/not create sheets for cost centers that dont have data?

Write your own worksheet generation procedure in VBA.

Yeah was trying to avoid that but might have to go that route.

It's not a hard job if you know VBA. Just copy template sheet and fix a page axis member in a loop.

Interesting to know why you decided to unaccept the correct answer?
