Set up multi-level categorization for complaint

I used subject profile in categorization schema so I have to select the valid codes and link them to specific category. Do you have any suggestion to mapped subject code for nearly forty-thousand schema.

It's almost impossible to mapped it manually.

Hello Nattakit,

In the categorization schema standard view, there is no search or filter to help you locate the entry quickly. User has to select it manually.

40 thousand is really a great number for one schema and I understand why you need a quick access. I suggest you add some custom event to decrease the entries in drop down list and also discuss with your business users about how to optimize the 40 thousand schema. Usually for most customers much less entries could meet their business in light weight.
