cProjects - How to delete RPM_EMPDATA data

Dear Experts,

I was trying to set a few data for Business Partner under tcode: RPM_EMPDATA.

I set the availability for different time periods for a resource. Say, 5 hrs from Jan 1st to Jan 31st; 6 hrs from Feb 1st to Feb 29th; and so on. However, when I intend to delete any of these, I am not able to.

Question is: How can I delete any of these data? Please suggest.

Hi Bittu,

It seems like it is not possible via the dialog transaction, you can set it the value to zero, as the error message says. The program keeps the interval from the earlist start to the 31.12.9999 continuously. Actually an interval with the value zero has the same effect as the interval is not maintained. So I hope, you donot need to update the Database directly.
