SDI - Data Provisioning Task Monitor - START & SCHEDULE flowgraph

I create a flowgraph which reads a table from source system to a virtual table in target SDI system and into a) SDI Hana table and also testing with target table as a "template' table.

Editor - Execute manually Flowgraph => Successful. Target tables loaded perfect.

ERROR occur when starting the exact same task from the Data Provisioning Task Monitor: What is causing this issue?

Starting Task <my-user>.system-local.public.ICC_NAV_NTS::FG_DD02L_MYSCHEMA

Error while starting Task: Code: 686, Message: dberror($.hdb.Connection.executeUpdate): 686 - SQL error, server error code: 686. start task error: [2620] executor: plan operation failed;Error executing "INSERT INTO "my-user"."TemplateTableDD02L"

Could not insert into table due to a unique constraint violation. at /data/jenkins/workspace/HANA__MT_CO_LIN64GCC48HAPPY_rel_122_06_ /s/ptime/query/plan_executor/trex_wrapper/trex_wrapper_body/

Q: what is causing this error

Q2: Who is Jenkins? An SAP ghost?

    I found that there is note open for this and a bug in the Task Monitor which is resolved in SP 2.0

    The Task monitor is not able to truncate the table.

    Solution: Starting the flowgraphs from the Data provisioning Design Time Object Monitor in the Hana Cockpit resolves this issue.
