No Busy Indicator when starting App in Fiori Launchpad AS ABAP?

Hi Experts,

is there no "Fiori Flower" in AS ABAP SAP_UI 750 anymore?

In Fiori Trail I can see that if you are starting an App the "Fiori Flower" is shown with the App Title as Text.

This is not working in our Launchpad, currently we are using AS ABAP for Fiori Launchpad with the following UI-AddOn:

SAP_UI750 SP5

is there any Configuration to do to achieve this, or is there a SAP Note? We are absolutely clueless why there is no Animation when starting the App.
