Error activating SWU3 - output device "" unknown

Hi,

Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadlines under SWU3 is not activated.

If i try to activate it says output device "" unknown. If i try to activate anything under SWU3 it says the same error . Even with autocustomizing also.

Please clarify this !
