Is it feasible to integrate CLM with multiple SAP & non SAP ERP without SRM ?

Hi Prasad,

CLM version is 9.0 & there are multiple ERP systems on SAP as well as non-SAP e.g.oracle to be integrated with CLM 9.0 for master agreement functionality. Is it feasible for master data, meta data as well as transaction data like Master Agreement mainly without SRM in architecture?

Even if Master agreement can integrate with only 1 ERP system with standard software.But i have following 4 Questions ?

1) How about master data like suppliers, materials, Org data like Co codes, P Org etc ? Can multiple ERPs integrate with CLM with standard software ?

2) If yes then is this integration available for SAP ERP systems as well as non-SAP ERP systems with standard software in SAP Sourcing-CLM wave 9 ?

3) For multiple ERP integration from CLM, why cant PI leverage standard interface and apply message splitting logic by ERP logical system ID.Can that approach not avoid custom interface efforts in PI provided other SAP ERP systems have no different fields for mapping.

4) Is there any case study in SAP world for above requirement ? Appreciate if you can shed light

Pankaj,

The simple answer is not with the standard software.. - Standard software allows you to

1. Publish Master Agreements to 1 ERP system

2. Publish MA to single SRM system - SRM will then be able to distribute it across multiple ECC systems..

In order to accomplish what you are talking about you have to do major Custom work in PI and leverage the PI system to distribute to multiple backend systems..
