Delivery completion indicator removed but still value of PO is zero

Dear Experts,

Delivery completion indicator was removed but still to be delivered value in status tab of PO shows zero value. I have tried to restore its value by making changes in line item but it is not working. One more thing the PO is released and we don't want its release strategy to be revoked.

Please suggest solution or OSS note.

There are OSS notes for wrong "still to deliver" in the purchase order status tab,

Check 1768365 - Still to be delivered is incorrect for External service PO.

and 1752475 - ME23N: "Still to be delivered" displays a wrong value

and there are more when searching with keywords: still to delivered purchase order service status

What does this actually mean?

Do you receive any error messages? (which numbers) or is the the screen just grey and you can't enter anything?

Have you put in a service entry sheet? I think that the amount to be delivered is going to depend on how much you've received.
