Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue in which my output type is not getting defaulted while creating a Purchase Order (PO).
Refer the attached screenshot.
Although the Output type is getting found in access 25 but it is showing as Output not found, there is not custom code written for this.
Is there any sap note to fix this?
Could someone please assist...
Thanks in advance..

Hi,
Probably check your condition record whether it is deleted. If it is deleted it will not come to PO even though condition records is maintained.

Hi Aayush,
Check your setting (condition record, procedure, partner function and output types) in T-code: NACE. Application = EF. You can refer to the sample configuration in this this wiki page.

Thanks.

did you maintain the output type in some specific level?
after creation of output type you have to maintain this in some level.

Hi,
Condition configuration have many things to consider, it is just too little information to resolve your problem.
From your screenshot i can make some guesses that you have maintained this condition type in a procedure for your PO( i guess you use RM0000), and in that condition type, an access sequences has been found and the table it looked for is table 25 and it found the output for this(condition record).
are you sure that this condition record is a valid one?=> check on MEK3->enter condition type->enter 25 and check condition record.
Best Regards,
