Sum Tool Error when i Run

Hi,

We are going to upgrade SAP solution manger 7.1 dual stack to SAP solution manger 7.2 Dual stack.

OS : Windows Server 2008

DB : Oracle.

Please clear My question . Please provide Step for Upgrade.

1 : First i do Dual stack Split than upgrade.

2 : First i upgrade than dual stack split.

i am download Stack form SAP Maintenance planner .

Download Stack Step.

1: First i download Java Stack

2: Than i Download ABAP stack.

Please clear Above Step is Right or Not .

Than we Run SUM dual Stack (ABAP+JAVA) . getting Below Error.

2. Download Stack Step

Initial upgrade it will be single file, before that your solution manager sync with maintenance planner.

3. Regarding the error could you refer the SAP Note 1864882
