Approver cannot see the option of 'Approve/Reject'

Hello Experts,

I meet a strange issue in the PC workflow of SRM 7.0, the approver received the workitem and open the corresponding shopping cart from inbox, but there is no option to approve or reject the shopping cart.

I checked the workflow log, it looks fine, the workitem is under the approver. Only one point I found in the web page is, the status is not same between the working case and not working case. For the working case, the status is Active, but for the not working case, the status is Valid, please see the screenshots in the below, is that the problem?

Hello Sirui,

are you using the UI5 while creating the SCs?

Can you please also check the table: /SAPSRM/D_WF_000 for the specific document, where there is no action buttons? Check the table based on the GUID and check if there is any entry in the columns: CURR_LVL_CL and CURR_LVL_ID. Are they filled?
