Delete portal favorites

Hai ,

My user run the report in portal and save the result in Portal favorites.

Now user want to delete the portal favorites. how can i delete the portal favorites. pls hlp ?

Hi Anish,

In Portal, the user favorites are saved in KM repository, userhome -> <Login ID> -> Favorites.

If the user wants to delete the favorites he must be having a Portal Favorites iView on the left hand side. In that, there is quick link for "Organize favorites". Click on that and the user will be able to delete the favorites.

If user is unable to delete the portal, the content admin is able to delete it.

For content administrator, the navigation will be:

Content Administration -> KM content -> userhome -> <login id> -> favorites

and delete the required favorites.

Hi ,

See the option in the portal..

Portal Favorites - > see one document type symbol is there Select that -> Organization entries -> then select your report -> delete.
