Configure ESR in CE

Working through the installation guide for CE and taking guidence from Amir Glatts excellent blogg:

Up to the Configuration of ESR in CE (netWeaver initial set-up step 54/449) and I get the following message:

"Error: Invoked component sap.com/tc_sldctc_ear is not found. The reason for this error is either an undeployed library/application or a non-started application."

Retry step doesn't clear this - can't find any specific references to this problem in terms of CE set-up and I'm obviously reluctant to Skip Step.

Any guidence appreciated.
