1) How we do free of charge deliveries.can any one explain me in step by step process.

2) What is free of charge subsequent deliveries.

Let me try the second question.

About "free of charge subsequent deliveries", as far as I know this could be for example,

- we have delivered two boxes of eggs to customer, 12 in each box, and when they reach customer, 2 of the 24 were broken;

customer follow up with a complain, and we promise to delivery another 2 to them, but without any additional charge to customer.

From the online help words

"You can create a free-of-charge subsequent delivery if, for example, a customer receives too few goods, or if the goods have been damaged in the shipment. "

The system cannot create a delivery without a sales document, so you have to create a free of charge delivery as a type of sales document.

1.You create a sales document with the order type for free of charge deliveries.

In Customizing you can block the free of charge delivery from being delivered. Go to Sales - Sales Documents - Sales document header - Define sales document types, and select the Delivery block field in the Shipping section.

2.For free of charge deliveries (FD), you can do one of the following:

-Approve it by deleting the delivery block.

-reject it by entering a reason for rejection.

Once you have approved the free of charge delivery, you can create a delivery.
