Hi All,
I have a requirement to send an email notification with all details if the job fails while scheduling a webi report.
I have enabled email notification in CMC after which I get email notification if the instance fails, but with no details. Is there a way to get some details ? (I am not using the default setting from server)
For Eg : I am scheduling a webi report to 10 recipients, out of which 1 recipient email id is entered wrong.
I have used %SI_USERFULLNAME% but did not give correct data.
Is there a way to provide the details of the failed email such as the recipient full name etc. in the email body?

-You can set a personal message with the email notification that you have set in CMC.
-However the requirement of getting the details like why the job failed could be found in the logs but cannot be sent with the notification. As the schedule job can fail for n number of reasons.

At this time, this feature is not available to send the logs. And also , once the schedule is complete, the report output send to email exchange to deliver it to email addresses, after that, Business Objects have no control over who received it and who is not. Unless you typed the email address in wrong format. It will show in log. But will not be send an email to you who has not received it.
