I have 1001 defined as entity as well as profit center in BPC . Due to this when I try to retreive the data, the formula errors saying ambiguous member value.
How to address this issue in EPMretrieve formula based report.

Sorry, but BPC setup with the same member ID's for different dimensions is absolutely unprofessional and have to be fixed ASAP!
EPMRetrieveData can use syntax like: DIMENSIONNAME:MEMBERID or [DIMENSIONNAME].[PARENTH1].[MEMBERID]
But once again, it's a bad solution.
In the EPM retrieve there is a formula to differentiate.Can some one the syntex for it.
It's a bad idea to have identical id's for different dimensions. Use prefix like PC_1001 for master data.
