BSI Taxfactory 10 cyclic R update

When we did the cyclic M update, this is what we saw in the sync-up program:

When we did cyclic R, we see this

I really expected to see TaxFactory 10.0.r | Cyclic R | Regulatory 120 |

Do I have an issue or not?

Solution was the BSI file server where BSI is loaded was not updated with Cyclic R, needed to load the File server protion oin the BSi instructions.

Hi Guys,

I am facing the exact same issue with Taxfactory 11 wherein our tax factory level in BSI is TF11 C.

However, in the SAP sync tool, it is just showing 11.0. But SAP is advising it should be 11.0.C to fix the tax issue we are facing.

Can any one of you help me understand what step are we missing? I see Navin is advising to update the file in BSI server, may I know the exact file name? SAP is also advising to update the program at the BSI server but not pointing to the exact program or file name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
