Hello Everybody

Are there any archive table for background jobs which run in transaction code SM37 ?

I have already checked TBTCP, TBTCO & TBTCS tables so please do not suggest the same. these tables only contain data of last 15 days what if i want to check the processing time/start time/end time/status of a job which had run 1 month or 2 months back.

Does SAP archive these details in some other tables or it just keeps the 15 days data in above tables and deletes the rests.

Please give your advice.

Your SAP system does not do much by itself, it needs usually users for data related activities.

If data is archived then some of your colleagues must have customized the archiving object and defined a content repository.

Same goes if data is deleted.

SAP gives recommendations for Housekeeping in its Data management guide chapter 4, but does not do it without a user from you company who made the settings to meet your company own requirements.

If your tables have only entries from the last 15 days then this is settings made by the System Admins, everything older is deleted (not archived)
