Has SAP PM sufficient ticket management capabilities (> 100.000 / year) for the SAP Users?

Dear Sirs, i am a consultant and at the time being a requirement engineer for SAP PM implementation.

Are the Users of SAP PM capable of managing (dispatching) incoming maintenance tickets in the order of 100.000 / year (no automated tickets). Has SAP PM the workflows to support the ticket handling for the 1500 SAP-PM ticket receivers, or does it need an add on ticket system? (Business Case: Maintenance of 3000 Buildings/Schools for a city (>1 million)

    If your system is sized correctly then it should be able to handle these volumes of user/data - talk to you BASIS Team.

    In terms of the time to create maintenace tickets, you may want to strip out all the non-essential fields (possibly via Fiori) to mak the ceation process as simpe as possible. Talk to your ABAP Team about simplifying the ticketing system.
