User List and Create new user Greyed out in CMC

we have an issue on the CMC. Anyone please might be able to help us with. Currently none from our team is able to see the user list in the user and groups folder. All we see are the groups, so we are not able to create new users or adjust the old ones, except by looking them up in the existing groups.

I am login using Admin Credentials.Not sure why it is greyed out.

These will enable when you select any group in right side panel.

Yes but Create new user is not getting enabled.Also you can see "User List" is not there above group list.

I believe you need to grant at least View access at the top level of Users.

Hi,

1. Check the rights of administrator whether the permission to create user have been disabled then enable it.

2. Also try this exactly. selecting ONLY these items - if you are login using Administrator user

- Logon to CMC

- Click on the Groups link to list all groups

- One of these is the Administrators group

- On the row for the Administrators group, select the Net Access "Advanced" link. You should now be on a page that shows

Home > Users >

Advanced Rights

Choose which rights the group "Administrators" has for the object "Users":

If you're on the right page, Explicitly grant the right to "Add objects to the folder", and OK.

The New User button should now be active.
