SAP C4C - Sales Order - Transfer Button not available

Hello,

we have Sales Order integrated scenario implemented and it's working fine,

but on the Sales Order Actions wee haven't the "Transfer" button,

on our system we have the following Actions:

But we expected to have:

I have search it on C4C Administrator Guide but didn't find any information on a specific Business Configuration, so do you have any clue about that?

Dear David,

Once you have activated the Sales Order approval process, the button 'Submit for Approval' acts as the Transfer option as well. So when you Submit a sales order for the approval, the approval goes to the approver, once he/she approves, the sales order is automatically transferred to the ECC. This is the expected system behavior of the system.

Please check your configuration as mention above and do set post as answer if it works.

Hi,I'm agree with you that the 'Submit for Approval' and'Finish' acts as 'Transfer', but my question was " why the 'Transfer' button aren't available"?

If i check our system i see:

Then for my knowledge and also on the documentation, we should have also the 'Transfer' button.

Could you help me to understand why it isn't available?

Hi David,

You might have clicked on Finish which will trigger the creation of the sales order.
Technically:
Simulate + Save + Transfer = Finish
Transfer is triggered automatically once you click on Submit for approval and the approval is not necessary. After that, transfer is triggered on every save. So this is an expected behaviour

please try to

create SO => click Simulate (pricing will be executed) => click Save => click Transfer.

as you could see in my screenshot we haven't 'Transfer' button,

my question is related to why we haven't it available as an action?
