Missing part list issue

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue with missing part list. System showing missing part list for available stock of 50. Checked the OPJJ settings.Please explain why still getting the material in missing part list.

Hi Suresh,

Please check, few of the below points
Is there any Safety Stock maintained, for this Material ?
Is the Issue Storage Location & stock available locations are the same ?
Check , what is the setting maintained for the Individual & Collective Requirements in the Material master ?

Hi ,

The safety time mentioned in the MRP 2 view will influence the missing part?

We maintained safety time as 10 days and safety time indicator 2 - safety time for all requirements.

Thanks for your reply.

1. Safety stock not maintained, however in MRP2 - net requirement calculation, safety time indicator maintained as 2 (safety time for all requirements) and safety time / act.cov. 10 days.

2. The issue storage location and stock available locations are same

3. Individual /Coll. maintained as 1.

I have 50 pieces in stock, could you please tell me how to check what all are the orders consuming those 50 quantity.

And in CO09 the cumulative ATP qty is 0 and receipts are 240.

Not finding any Quantity in Unrestricted Use

If this is the case, you will get the Missing Parts Info. Correct ?

Hi Raja,

Can you please explain how to check the orders reserved /commited to this 92 quantity that are available in MMBE.

I have checked the reservations of the production orders in MB25, the quantities are reserved for the production orders giving missing parts.

In MMBE still 92 quantity available.

Hi Raja,

I checked my OPJJ setting with correct checking rule. Please find the below.

In CO09 i have cumulative ATP as 34. In MMBE unrestricted 86 PCC and reserved 52 PCC.

Still the material appearing in missing parts list.

So i have the quantity of 34 PCC and still system showing missing part.

Not getting the clear picture of this Issue. Could please share some more info.
Is this issue is specific to one Material (or), this issue is for all the Materials in the Plant ?
Is it the issue coming from the beginning ? (or) was working fine earlier , but facing the issue now ?

Hi Raja,

We are facing the this issue with some materials and not with all materials

This issue is not from beginning and recently facing issue.

I can see the reservations in MB25 belongs to the production orders appearing in CO24.

in MMBE unrestricted quantity is 76 (project stock) and reserved 58 quantity.
