CK11N is not picking moving avg. price of component

We are executing cost estimate t-code CK11N for Finished good (MATERIAL B). BOM of FG has SFG (Material B1) & Raw material (Material B3).

SFG has price control V in material master, while FG has price control S in material master.

We have saved-marked-released cost estimate for SFG. It has updated Standard price in material master (value 3187.66), while MAP for SFG is 4095.95.

Now when we execute CK11N for FG ( Material B ), System uses Standard price of SFG. Instead we expect system to use MAP of SFG. Why is system not using MAP of SFG ?

In valuation strategy , sequence for material valuation is - 1.) Valuation price according to price control 2.) MAP. 3.) Planned price Still system is picking standard price for SFG.

There is no plant specific valuation variant.

Please advise on this issue.

Regards

Kapil

    Hi Kapil,

BoM/Routing is assigned to SFG material? when you executing CK11N/CK40N system will use raw/purchase material $ and Labor hrs $ for SFG material.

Check you SFG materials,BoM/Rounting exists or not?

    Thanks,

    Rau

    Hi

Is your SFG has indicator 'special procurement' in MRP tabs. If yes then check from which plant this material is coming and at that plant what is the price control?

Also I am interested in knowing that why your SFG is having price control V?

    Dear Rajneesh

client has in-house manufacturing and purchase from outside of SFG. We did not want to create two material codes. Hence we decided to use moving price control at SFG.
