403 forbidden when calling BAPI as webservice from HCI

Hi All

I Created a scenario soap to hci to soap(bapi as webservice) using the below link :

I added a virtual host in HCC as ppcuser and also added this same user as deployed artifact in my tenant with the user and password of ECC system.

I am getting

Thu Nov 30 12:55:14 IST 2017:DEBUG:Receiving response: HTTP/1.1 200 OK

in SOAPUI while testing but receiving the below error as the return of my soap request.

Could not send Message. org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message.

Caused by: org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '403: Forbidden' when communicating with http://*.*.local:8000/sap/bc/srt/rfc/artec/pc_bapi_usrssn_create/800/*_pc_bapi_usrssn_create/binding...

Any setting i am doing wrong or missing it, kindly help
