End user authentication in SAP API management

Hi All,

I have scenario where I need to analysis and authorize a API in SAP API management using front end(Client) authentication.

e.g.

I need to track the subscribe users on portal and give them facility to use my API but need them to be authorize in API management as well.

Also, track traffic on user basis.
