Hi Experts,
Is their any way to use HANA views as a source instead of tables in SLT tool to migrate data and to non-SAP system.
Regards
In general view could not be a source for the replication because it's not possible to create a trigger to the view.
If you mean HANA CDS View, since SP13 is available expert function that show you what tables are used in CDS View and you have to schedule all this tables as well. With SP14 you will be suggested to schedule follow tables for CDS View automatically or with expert function for already exsting in configuration tables.

Is it supported to make initial load only (without trigger/replication) from an HANA Calculation view? I would like to avoid having to replicate all the tables used by the HANA view in the target system and having the recreate the similar view on top.

No, currently SLT don't support migration data from CDS view. Only possibilities to get same data on target is to replicate all tables.
With SP14 it's possible to replicate tables that have redirect view (see expert functions tab), but anyway, the expert function only help you to find all dependent tables and automatically add into replication.
