Destinations blank or empty in WEBIDE Personal Edition 1.53.1

We are trying to use SAP WEBIDE Personal Edition 1.53.1 to develop on our internal on premise systems but the Destinations, when we try to use an ODATA service, are always blank no matter what format I try. We had no such issue with WEBIDE 1.32. I have seen several questions on the same issue here but I don't see any solutions.

Here are a few formats I have tried.

Also tried placing the destination files under this directory with no luck: C:\SAPWebIDE\config_master\service.destinations\destinations\

Forgot to mention, I see several posts on this forum with similar issues but no real solutions.
