C4C Fiscal Notes

Hi all

We are currently preparing a Service Cloud rollout to Brazil and have a requirement to see fiscal notes. For anybody not familiar with this a short summary:

Brazilian legal requirements for electronic invoicing

  • Companies selling products in Brazil must send each invoice electronically to the government for validation before shipping their goods.
  • Companies purchasing goods in Brazil must check the electronic invoice at the government before receiving the goods.

When searching in C4C I stumbled upon the work center NOTAS FISCAIS. However, I was not able to find any customizing option, admin option or any documentation whatsoever on this. Is there anybody having experience or at least somebody able to explain what this work center does and how it is supposed to be used?

Thanks and Regards
Stefan

Please Refer to Utilities Financials which should actually give you an Overview of Payments and Invoices / Rebill etc

    • Hi Prasanth

Thank you. Unfortunately, the link you have shared is not working for me with error "403: You don't have rights to view this page.". Might this be because the link has "DRAFT" in the URL? Is this SAP internal?

Based on your hint towards "Utilities Financials" I searched the Admin Guide some more. Still I was not able to find any information on the work center highlighted by me. Can you please detail more? The respective Work Center and Work Center Views are:

      • OTASFISCAISELETRONICAS_WCF.WCF
      • CAS_NOTASFISCAIS_WCVIEW.WCVIEW
      • ASFISCAISBATCHES_WCVIEW.WCVIEW

      Thanks and Regards
      Stefan

Is there anybody else who might be able to provide additional input as the link by Prasanth is not helping?
