MM - Release strategy MM - POR

Hi Experts!

We have already a release strategy for our Purchase Order Requisitions. These strategy is built up with Classification. The key of the Classification are the Purchasegroup and the MRP Controller.
So there are POR´s with no MRP Controller, how could i give "BLANK" in the Classification?
make the MRP Controller as a mandatory field in ME51N is not possible, i help me with the personal seetings in the ME51N, but that´s not a nice solution i think. Maybe anyone here also had the issue at an other time.

MRP controller is fetched from material master. You can make the field mandatory in material master if flexible, else you need to use badi to make the field mandatory in requisition if you do not want to create any requisition without MRP controller.

To complete my question, we have a link in the Characteristic with the field DISPO from table CEBAN.
