I have checked her settings against a colleague who doesn't have the issue and they are the same. Her user profile is correct and her excel settings are the exact same as users who don't have the issue. I have tried uninstalling the EPM Add-in and re-installing it which didn't make a difference.
I am at a bit of a loss on finding the cause and solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are using version 10.0 SP22 Patch 2 .NET 3.5 build 9240

You should try to upgrade to SP30, as SP22 is quite an old release

Version of MS Office used? Full details.
Try to reinstall the office.

We are using Excel 2013 (15.0.4971.1000) 32 bit which is part of Microsoft Office Prof Plus 2013
All our users are on the same version.
We are due to update to the latest SP in Feb but if this was causing the issue I would expect all users to suffer the same issue as all users are on the same version.
If you read the note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2301703
you will see that the issue hapens under specific conditions (multiple workbooks open).
The problem is still present even when right clicking on a blank workbook, there is just no EPM menu.
We have now tried everything, Uninstalling EPM Add-in then reinstalling. We have also tried uninstalling Microsoft Excel and re-installing.
All other users are fine. I have even logged into BPC on the users machine and I also lose the right click menu so it is something on her settings causing it.
All settings BPC/EPM/Microsoft are same as other users when compared.
Note when affected user logs into EPM via my machine, she does have the right click menu so it is not user specific.
We are on SP22 currently but other users also on same SP22 dont have a problem.
I'm at a loss now as to what else to try. Is there an insert member short cut or other way to get Insert member option besides the right-click menu??
Hi John,
I haven't. Support pack updates are delivered company wide to all BPC/EPM users not to individual users and as all other users are on the same SP level as the user with the issue it would indicate that this isn't the cause of the problem otherwise all users would have this same issue or at least some of them.
