error RRMX with gui 7.10 bw 3.5

Hi sap gurus,

I read a lot of posts regarding this kind of problem, but nobody had my same type (or maybe I just didn't find the post 😉).

When I launch RRMX in BW and excel opens, I can't view the "plus" at the left of the objects; i.e. in query selection, I can't see the plus next to my infoarea, so I just clic on a "blank" space next to infoarea and it drills-down to infoprovider. furthermore, in query definition, I can't see the "plus" next to selections to see if there is something down.

Can you help me?

I installed sap gui 7.10, then gui710_6-10002995.exe, then bw350gui710_2-10004473.exe.
