BI RSA1- LUW is not executed by immediately in Source system

Hi Experts,

We are triggering the Process chain-RSA1 in BW Production but it was not executed by immediately in source system(ECC) and struck up with SM58 Transactional RFC and received as Error "when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: ' ")

Both the Source and target system we are running on database for HANA 1.0 SP12.

After an one hour's slowly executed all the queue and record fetched 58000.

if i will go to Edit--> execute LUW option and then only it will be processed immediately. Can you please help me on this.
