VL09 not updated in document flow

Hi

My user has done outbound delivery reversal through VL09. There is a reversal material document with movement type 602.

But the reversal is not shown in Document flow & Delivery Status is Completed. Now I am neither able to delete the delivery nor modify.

Any suggestion..

Without checking the system, it would be difficult to suggest. Have you checked in VBFA with the subsequent document category as "h"?
