Data upload error in mass data maintenance module

I tried to update material data using the mass data maintenance module.
The first time, I succeeded in updating the data for material work center data.
The second time, an error occurred after I uploaded the new .csv file, the validation process failed.
Then I tried to update the data without validating the file, but it shows data update aborted.

I have attached the screenshoot.

Please kindly help.

    Hi Rico,

    This error in the mass data maintenance is generally caused due to an inconsistency in the backend of the system. That is why the first time you uploaded the data it was imported successfully.

    In order to fix this, we may need to take some corrective measures directly into the system, hence it is recommended to open an incident.

    So, I would recommend to wait for the response on the already created incident, so the issue will be solved and you will be able to proceed with the data update.

      I have raised an incident before posting on this forum, since I thought maybe someone have experienced this error before and can share how they solve it. Because I haven't got any update from the support.

      Hi, thanks for replying, I tried to read the contents from the link that you posted.

      I can't seem to find the solution for my problem, I can upload and update data successfully but some how the second time it failed, maybe it's the data or something but the error that I got is simply failure notice and lastly it just tells me to raise an incident, which I have but I haven't got any new responses nor the solution for my problem.
