Error is Shiiping point in Sales order

Hi friends,

Ship.condition loading grp 0001 plant SF01 StLoc PR03 not defined

I have a material which has been created in storage location PR03. I am trying to make a sales order but when i try to save the sales order order I am getting the above error in incompletion log.

Can u please help me out of this.

Dear Sriram

Please check in MMSC for the combination of Plant and Material, you have maintained the storage location PR03. If not, please maintain it and retry.

Yes it has been maintained. I retried. But imcompletion log shows for shpping point. When i enter my shipping point SHP1 , the error still persists.

Enter storage location manually in Order screen .

Did you check whether storage location assigned to plant?

Here is the path for Shipping Point Determination..

IMG - Logistic Execution - Shipping - Basic Shipping Functions - Shipping point and Goods receiving point determination - Assign Shipping Points - execute

In the screen check for the combination whether SHP1 is assigned or not. If not, you should asssign.

The problem is missing configuration of Shipping point determination. Please check in IMG, whether for this combination of Shipping conditionsLoading GroupPlant - the specific Shipping point SHP1 is assigned or not. If you do that the problem will will be solved.

i think this is a problem of relation between shipping point and storage location. is there any linkage between them in IMG settings

we all have mentioned how shipping point is determined

and now to your querry there is no relation in IMG in shipping point and storage location

shipping point IS ASSIGNED TO PLANT

storage location IS ASSIGINED TO MATERIAL

Pl check for the Loading Group maintained in the Material master ( Sales: General/Plant Data).

0001 Loading group might not have been attached to the Shipping Point .

Dear Sriram,

Go through this path and check the settings

IMG>Logistics execution>Shipping>Picking>Determine picking location-->Define storage conditions, Assign picking locations.

Transactions OMS6 and OVL3

If settins not avail do the setting accordint to your shipping point plantshipping conditions+storage location.

Also check the settings of shipping point dtermination in the OVL2 transaction.
