how can PUP of a material with no movement in the period be changed to standard price by ML?

Dear Experts,

I have some materials with price determination 3 and with stock quantity equal to zero. These materials have no movement or order settlement in the period; material ledger makes changes to PUP and makes it equal to standard price.

For example for material 2048358, in the period 4, as you see in CKM3N there is no movement or stock quantity or even order settlement but ML has changed PUP to standard price. Please inform me if you know why CKMLCP chooses these materials in material selection level and why it changes the PUP to standard price
