Item creation date

Hello

I have an scenario where the item creation date of some documents is coming from past.

Could somebody help, its as old as 2006.

Is it happening with all the documents or some?

Are you crating this with reference to some document?

There is a User exit that takes the referenec document creation date. If you are creating a stand alone document without any reference and get this error that means the server itself is back dated. if its with refernce to some document that try to match the item cration date with the reference document date. if even that is not same then try debugging...

Yes i am creating this with refermce to a scheduling agreement forecast

When was the forecast created.

Check the item creation date in that. match it with you document try table VAPMA via TCode se16.

Hi,

Make sure if you marked "Business Item", against your item category in VOV7, so that dates are copied from the header into the item.
