Welcome calls - Update marketing attributes using SAP CRM Survey

Dear All,

We have a requirement called Welcome calls in SAP CRM.

Requirement Details:

- We will send a mail from CRM IC Web client to the customer using mail forms in SAP CRM.

- Mail form contains our company logo , Pre-formatted text and a hyper link called 'Click Here'.

- Once the customer clicks on 'Click Here' link , it has to navigate to the feedback form which contains customer hobbies, interests etc.

- Once customer fills the feed back form, the values should be saved to the BP(customer) marketing attributes .

Our development:

- We have developed a mail form with client provided pre-formatted text .

- Created a Hyperlink for feedback form with questionnaire using CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.

and inserted in mail form.

First Issue:

Once we click on the link 'Click Here' , it is navigating to feedback form, we are able to select the values. Once we save the feedback form, it is showing as 'Saved Successfully'.

We are not able to find where these values are getting stored. we have checked the customer BP , which we used. Marketing attribute values are not updated to that BP.

Second issue:

We are able to send mails to our corporate domain users only. It is not working for general mails Ids E.g . , Our Requirement is it has to work for general mails ids also.

If any one of you have worked on CRM Surveys, kindly provide your answers. These issues are very critical for us now.
