C4C- Outlook Email opportunity

Hello Experts,

I checked the outlook (C4C connected) sent items, while I click on Add Email and it shows Add Reference pop up with the drop down values of Account, Campaign, Opportunity and Lead.

I would like to know what would this feature (opportunity) do? Where would the opportunity email go?

For your info this Opportunity and Lead fields are in grayed out mode. I have attached the screen shot for your reference.

    I am getting the above requirement now and users are asking this opportunity field should enable to execute. Could you please suggest on how to achieve this?

    Dear Murugesan,

    Before you can reference an email to an opportunity you have to reference the email to an account. After you have done this, the other buttons (opportunity and lead) should no longer be grayed out.
