How can I mass select Booking Ok and Final Invoice during MIRO entry

I would like to know if there is a way to 'mass' select the FINAL INVOICE and BOOKING OK fields during MIRO invoice entry? I have to go and select each line, both boxes, and was wondering if there was an easier way...

Hi,

The final invoice indicator will be set automatically in MIRO if its service and service based IV flag is set. In all other cases, you have to set the indicator manually as per standard design - the functionality is clearly explained byerika.szantoin the thread: Final Invoic.

Regarding 'booking ok' indicator, there is no major impact for this field and there is no meaning in setting this flag automatically. The flag is used where you want some indication about an item whether its checked with hard copy invoice and found ok, for example.

If you still want the flags to be set automatically, you may check the feasibility of development. Refer the note: SAP Note: 2090038 and 1156325 BAdIs in the Logistics Invoice Verification environment

I am afraid there's no other go than to manually approve (click OK) both BOOKING OK and FINAL INVOICE for multi line items.
