Job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 failing in Solman 7.1

We are trying to add system in solution manager for managed system configuration.

Data is coming to SLD but is not coming in LMDB.

Our job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 is failing because of below error.

Can someone please help.
