Technical monitoring Sol.man 72 ABAP HTTP Availability

Hi,

I'm configuring the technical monitoring in Sol. Man 7.2 for an ABAP system

I have enabled the metric “ABAP System Availability --> ABAP message Server http Availability”.

This metric is rated red because of the wrong url is pinged. We are using a load balances so user has a secured connection to the Solution manager system and the default ports to the system are not accessible by the user network.

So the url which is pinged now is wrong HTTP://<SYSTEM>:port/sap/public/ping.

If I look in the Data Collection tab I see the url prefix /sap/public/ping but not the system or port parameter.

Where could I change the system and port number for a specific ABAP system?

I also had Problems with HTTP Port and URL. Even when it was correct in SMICM.

The info was comming from RZ70 i ad to update on the button Proposal to get the latest Collection programs, the i could see the _SLD_HTTPSERV collector. the the Data was correct send to LMDB and also worked for MAI.

Hi Richard,

this is the url and port that is setup in Managed System Configuration, under step 5 Enter System Parameters.

The Load Balancer Host and Port is being used to ping your system
