Standard Report FAGLL03 Time limit Exceeded and Creating Dump file.

Need Some help.

There is One Report name:FAGLL03,I am selecting the all items Radio button. Small period i am giving ,Even single day also i was tried, But Creating the Dump file saying that, time limit Exceeded.Same report executing Correctly in Quality System, Just 4 days before BackUp taken restore it,into the Quality System, I was Checked the Number of entries in BSIS table, I believe Entries are picking from BSIS, and some other tables, The difference is 10000 records.

The report is having same Selection options in Quality and production,No filters, No other
Data.

If i observe the Dump file Exactly, below line it is Creating.

FETCH NEXT CURSOR I_CURSOR
