I have to clarify that can we access all the materials along with their prices of a particular company without using sales area and customer number.

Is it possible in SD, if there please clarify me.

Yes in SD, run V/LD to get sales prices of all customers.

I am not sure what you are asking or rather it is not clear what do you mean by price. however if you want to have material list please use transaction code MM50.
