Trying to create a report in SAP ECC Production System using SQVI. I need to create a Past Due Order Backlog with the following fields:

Sales Order

Item

Sold to

Material

Material Desc

Item Description

Work Order Number

CSR

Secondary Sales Rep

First Date

Current Acknowledgement Date

Current Schedule Date

Original Acknowledge Date

Scheduling Comments

MRP Controller

MRP Desc

MRP Controller - SO Item

MRP 2

End User Name

End User

"Ending Backlog in

USD (Pricing Date)"

Order Quantity

Delivery Quantity

Open Quantity

Trailing Lead Time

I am having trouble finding the correct tables to use.

For most of the texts you listed, nobody knows where it is maintained. The easiest way to find out a table is just press F1 so that you can list out in which field and table, the above data are stored. Based on that, you can create a query.
