Hi Team,

I have one requirement, I have three materials (X,Y,Z). Here X consider as Finished product and Y,Z consider as semi finished products.

I have the bom for X and routing also there. But i don't want to run the MRP for the X(Header materail) which has MRP type ND. Reaming materials has MRP type PD.

when i want to create the planned order manually for the header materiel system will generate the dependent requirements for the sub assemblies.

my requirement is how system will generate the planned orders for reaming materials (Y.Z).One MRP job is running(RMMRP000). Is this job will consider reaming materials for creation of planned orders. or how to create the planned orders.

Yes, provided Y and Z have planning file entries and they are in the scope of your MRP run.

MRP selects materials for planning based on the planning file entries. When you create a planned order for the finished product, it will generate dependent requirements for the components and it will mark the planning file, as long as you have a valid MRP type for those components. Therefore, your components will be planned in the regular MRP run.
