How to assign a person not employed to tasks?

Hi,

I assign employees to tasks in the PS module (project builder). I have a few contractors (persons not employed in the company) I'd like to assign to tasks in the same way I assign employees. Is this possible?

    Hi,

    I case u need to assign some external labors, they have to be maintained in the HR master data as external employees. Then u can do workforce planning and also do the CATS timesheet entry.

    I don't know how to add an employee without hiring him!

      In HR mini master (PA30), you can create employees master which are on contract. These employees later then assign to the activity in the project, where they can book the timesheets. Only important thing is that flag these employees as external employees in HR mini master.
