Input Parameters not available for Mapping in HANA Calculation View

Hi Everyone,

I have created a calculation view and using that view as a datasource in Analysis office.
I have created 4 - 5 Input parameters at the semantic layer of the calculation view but, iam unable to view the same at the AO report. The prompt option at the AO report is in disable mode.
I have also noticed that the Input Parameters created are not available under manage mappings pane as shown below. Could anyone throw some light on this issue.

Hi Sarfaraz,

As per my knowledge, the input parameters must be used in some calculated/restricted columns to get called during view/report execution.

The mappings are not mandatory unless there are any source parameters to be mapped.
