Rajesh
Hi Rajesh
Your wording are very vauge.. U talked of 2 colums and again 3 columns.
Still i will expllain all columns.
Minimum qty - threshold qty above which free goods wil be given.
The free goods quantity specifies the amount for which free goods is granted in the corresponding documents.
The additional quantity defines the quantity of free goods that is granted when the minimum quantity is exceeded by the document quantity, dependent upon the free goods quantity and the calculation rule.
Free goods cate -- You can define 2 types of free goods, exclusive and inclusive:
Example:
Order is for 100 units.
Minimum qty 50 units.
Free goods qty is the base on which free goods wil be granted = 50
Addtional free goods = how many free goods. = 2
Hence % free goods = 2/50*100=4%
Hope this helps. Reward accordingly.
Kind regards
sandeep

hi,
there is a min qty column - which tells the customer has to place an order for that much qty to qualify for taking free goods.
from qty - out the min qty placed, from this qty we give free goods
are free goods qty - here we specify exactly how much qty would be offered as free from the " from qty ".
eg :
customer has to buy min 100 pieces. Out of which for every 10 pieces, we give 1 piece as free.
Min 100 QTY for every 10, we 1 qty as free. so it becomes 9 +1 in inclusive.
all put together customer is getting 90 + 10.
