Hello,
My client has 4 ITS servers running on Windows (ITS 6.20 patch level 22), they are currently 'load balanced' using a Cisco switch (hardware load balancing).
I wish to Load balance the ITS servers, i.e. i wish to ensure high availability in between the ITS windows boxes, so that users can work seamlessly even if one or more ITS servers go down.
Due to some limitations, we cannot go for a SAP Upgrade and integrated ITS.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Siddhesh

Hello Siddhesh,
If the servers are already load balanced using a cisco switch then users probably already do not know if one ITS server is down.
If the users do know when an ITS server is down then it is probably due to the configuration in the ItsRegistryWgate.xml files on the WGate server. Note 352136 describes the ITS load balancing (but is old so replace wgate.conf with ItsRegistryWgate.xml). Note 688295 shows some examples ways to edit the ItsRegistryWgate.xml file.
